I'm feeling a little better today. I'm really tired, but I think that's because I went to bed too late last night and I started my period (rather unexpectedly) today. But as for moods, I'm feeling a little better about everything.

Thank you so much, everyone, for your support and hugs. That meant more to me then you will ever know.

I was wondering..I saw you in AnaGurls, and I saw that your highest weight was 222? I was just curious how much you weighed now (if it's not a problem for you to answer?)

Definitely not a problem. :-) I weigh 158.5. As you can probably figure, I'm ed-nos, with ana and coe. Not that they both don't, but the coe sucks SO badly. Grrr...

How long did it take you to get from 222 to 158.5? Sorry, I am just really curious. I'm trying that Sacred Heart diet...I'm not sure who posted it in the community, but here it is...



day one.
Any fruit (except bananas). Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today.

day two.
All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh raw, cooked or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas or corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Don't eat any fruits through today.

day three.
Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.

day four.
Bananas and skim milk: Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk but on this particular day, your body will need the potassium and carbs. Proteins and calcium to lessen the cravings for sweets.

day five.
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes on this day. Eat the soup at least once today.

day six.
Beef and veggies, eat to your heart's content of the beef and veggies today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like with green leafy veggies but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

day seven.
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies, again, be sure to stuff yourself and eat the soup. You can add cooked veggies to your rice if you wish



When doing this, you can loose up to 24 pounds or so in a week (or so I read) if you want the ingredients to the soup, just ask. I made some last night and i've been eating it all day. If you don't mind, can I ask for your screen name?

Sorry for not replying sooner. I've been offline since Wed. morning. How have you been?

I've not tried the Sacred Heart Diet - I couldn't do day 5 or 6 because I'm a vegetarian. I wonder if I could substitute something else for it.

I weighed well over 222 in Dec 2002 - Jan 2003. I had lost a bit and then weighed myself, so I will never know exactly what I weighed. I think that's for the best, actually. I was in size 18.

I'd love the ingrediants to the soup, actually!
